Thru hull exhaust - What the biggest outlet anyone has used? RXP 06

Going out the rear where the Riva kit exits the hull - What's the biggest that anyone has gone, both in bore size of the pipe and in the surrounding trim?

Its not that I want to go and be the biggest or anything stupid like that, but I am concerned in case I go to big and hit problems sealing it to the hull.

The hull angle changes slightly as it dips down and away to the tunnel.

I am thinking that anything over 2.5" plus a .5 sealing lip may be to big.

    Your thoughts please.

I see your BIG Pipe. Sweet. Looks like you had a flat surface to mount it on? The older hull has three angles on the back bit when you start going to big. So I might have to create a wedge shape shim to go in there.

the newer hulls have an angle on the back too. the tip actually didnt sit flat. just put a washer between the tip and the hull wherever it was off the hull and sealed it up right all good. oh and another thing hell with those bolts that make u put a nut and washer INSIDE the hull to tighten the tip. have used right stuff and metal screws on my tips on previous skiis and never ever had one pull out makes install easier. just my 02.
