How do i know if i have an upgraded charger?
I was told i had a upgraded charger when purchasing the ski...
i believed it because the ski boosts 12 psi at 8060rpms (gauges can llie though)
im questioning if i really have a mini rude/et 137/rotax racing because i dont see the 3mm spacer and the wheel looks like a normal/cast wheel (not billet/gold)
how cAn i find out 100% what i have??

Post pics of it and these guys are good at identification. 12 psi @ 8060 if gauge is accurate = higher than stock charger.

What sort of boost gauge are you using? Digital? analog? Brand?
Have you measured to see if it is a 137mm wheel? The Rude 1 produces very close to 12psi @ 8100 and the wheel just looks plain cast.

Does a rude 1 come with a spacer? What measurements does it have?
I had a cheapo digital boost gauge that came with the ski that read 12.4 psi with the stock ecu at 8060 and now at 8560rpms i see 14.5psi. Ive switched to an analog autometer. I still get the same readings (harder to tell exactly-with the analog) but i know not to live by what the gauge says

A Rude 1 will not have a spacer but the wheel diameter will be 140mm. You need to pull the front cover off the s/c and measure it.
The only 137mm wheel I can think of the doesn't run a spacer is the Les Cooke a-kit x impeller, but that is anodised from memory...

What visual mods?
Take a few pics and post, especially of the charger inlet...

Looks like a standard X with a chunk missing from one of the washers and a beat up backside. Someone has had a wrench on that nut.
