This website says its an o-ring for the dipstick, and one says it is on or ring for the PTO
Probably the same part number is used several places on the engine,
    part # 32

    part # 34

Pull one off the dipstick and take it to an auto parts store and have them match it up for a couple of bucks,

that's because it doesn't matter to UPS, FedEx or USPS if it's a gram or a pound it still gets a minimum charge.
Most dealers won't put it in an envelope to mail it to you with a .42 cent stamp because there is no tracking. A customer could easily say he didn't receive it and now the dealer has no way of proving it was actually shipped.

usps tracking = .85 but I understand where you're coming from.

When you purchase a pto gasket do you really want it folded up and put in a envelope all creased and bent?

    It's just an O-ring....nothing magical.
Take it and the dip tube to any auto mart and have them give you a new one.

I had a local dealer ship me a set for $7. I'm prepping for camping and won't have access to my ski.
