    Looks like some kind of open bow wave runner. Probably an early personal boat craft with propulsion system. I dont think it was intended to be a jetski

    Of course its not a "jetski", its a Yamaha Waverunner! Notice the sterring nozzle, most definitely an early Yamaha.
