Has anyone removed the 2010 rxtx pump shoe and replaced with 2012 shoe and pump to get rid of the pump being bolted to the ride plate ??

Shoe, pump, venturi, shoe to hull square studs, washers, and nuts. You will also need an alignment tool. Pretty sure you can use the stock rideplate but I replaced mine with a 12 because mine wasnt in the greatest condition and retail price was only around $100. After getting everything all cleaned up and dry fitted I used some of my sons play dough and pressed the shoe into it to mark where the holes needed to go.
