    Et race charger review

    I noticed in the past few months there has been a few unhappy people with the et race charger. i seen that someone had failed one after a few hours etc etc. we have ran it on pump fuel with the motec and see great results. we have used one for over 10 hours now and checked slip after ran in as mentioned to do in the instructions, so far so good. has been used 90% in choppy water which is not recommended but we did it anyway to see how long it would last. lets face it to test a charger out to its limit is in chop. i have to say it is one loud aggressive supercharger. the ski is a full open race boat. i also want to no if its to do with our setup but the charge temps are very steady. we also have the water cooled housing on it which i think would help to a point. I think it would be interesting to see how far we can go with it on a 9k rpm and race fuel. anyway just my two bobs.

    cant post up now as i dont have the latest log on this computer its on a designated laptop just for it. will post it up latest one next day or too.

    my 145 has never made over 17psi, even at over 9000 rpms
    hope you got a better one than me to be a open race boat

    What made you think it would?
    What are you using to read this and from where?
    If its an early model they were not quite 145, more like 143.

    it was purchased less than a year ago and Art said it should 19-20psi @9000
    I use my motec log using the stock map sensor @9200+ rpm

    So PLEASE enlighten us...Are you running a ET race charger or a turbo???I have yet to see a race charger hit 20 psi at 8800 rpm,AND hold it without the clutches slipping...Also How are you adjusting boost???Im a little confused here as i see you can increase your boost to gain RPM???? I would be curious as to how your setting your clutch system up to hold that kinda slip in them extreme conditions??? And unless you plan on spinning that engine close to 10,000+ RPM you wont see 25 psi out of that Scer....

    It's called beer. 1 beer = .25 psi. After 4 beers the ski pulls harder and it feels like you gain 1psi of boost. It's literally the cheapest performance mod you can do. I can't believe you didn't know this.

    Crap!!! Dropping a few K in the boat this winter!!! All i needed was a 24? Where was this info sept??? LOL!! You guys kill me!
