    Stock 2012 Rxpx 260

Hello guys. New to the site. Went to take out my 2012 Rxpx. Launched her in the water and went to go jump some waves in the Atlantic and my ski wouldn't start. Nothing from the gauges, no beeps, nothing. And tried with key off and push the start/stop ( gauges would come on normally ) and nothing. 22 hrs on ski and no mods. It's under warranty so if i don't figure it out ill just drop it off at my dealer and have the 25hr service done (any ballpark figure of how much $ that runs?) First thought, dead battery. I had it out the week before so didnt make sense. Pulled the battery from my 2008 and see if it would work and got nothing. Any one have similar issues or suggestions? Thanks

Check your connectors. I've seen some funky stuff happen On newer skis after messing around in a rough ocean. Check the CAN connection near the battery. Also check the DESS post and connections to the wire harness

Don't tell the stealership you were jumping waves.
    They can say its abuse..
Don't give them a reason to cancel your warranty.

Man you guys to to some shity dealerships if they will "cancel" your warranty cause you were jumping waves....You need to find a different dealership...

And technically, the dealer cant..BRP would have to do it....

I hear ya but you wouldn't believe what some of these dealers come up with, and yes there are also so good dealers that will bend over backwards to assist you. The problem is ounce your problem entered and denied in the "system" your hosed!

I went to Cycle Springs Palm Harbor to trade my double 2006 Triton aluminum double trailer that was mint for a 2007 Rolls Axle single ski trailer and they said okay but I'd have to pony up $600 + my double because the Rolls is far better.

Dealerships in general are out to completely F*&k you around where I live. I understand this isn't the case 100% of the time, unless you live in Pinellas County.

Pull the fuses especially the big black one, it's the main. check for corrosion. tighten battery cables. I had a similar issue. Probably something simple. Everything is up front behind the white plastic covers.

But your assuming that the dealer actually called BRP????........The dealer can input into their system all day long..BRP wont see it...
