    Billet SHO Fuel Rail...Metallic Red

Hey guys, made a pair of rails for the 1.8 SHO motor...and then they backed out of the sale ...

Same work as my 4TEC rails, holes drilled with a specific CNC's bit...Ends are welded on and threaded for 1/8-27 NPT...Mounting flanges are water-jetted out and welded on......Both rails are powdered coated a silver metallic, with a transparent red satin finish...In the pics you can see they are installed on a used 1.8 manifold, with OEM injectors...

    Looking for $185 each....

The fuel injection system on current PWC's is considered a "dead head" system, meaning it flows one way and is not recirculating like a proper EFI system should be.....By recirculating the fuel, and putting a regulator AFTER the injectors before the fuel returns to the tank, allows for more precise and even flow control to the injectors...Which is useful in high-power setups.
