"J" gapping refers to the side wire cut to the mid-point of the center electrode

"Side" gapping or "Corner" gap refers to the side wire ending at the edge of the center electrode

you didn't change anything in the quote suckmywake.

I found them for 2.50 is this reasonable? might order 9 since they're cheap.

I'm sure SMW and WFO will help me here, but this mod isn't worth anything unless you are very modified. On a relatively stock ski, the extra 20-30 rpm just isn't going to show up. Well, it's going to show up, but we really do this when we've hit the ceiling on rpm/speed and are tweaking our engines within an inch of their lives. On a mild ski, there's so many other things to work on for bigger gains.

i know. i was screwing around with u and wfo

2.50 is good. i have gotten them for slightly less and also alot more too. 7 bucks at the marina in a pinch.

i have run mine both j and side gapped. it seemed to run a little better seat of the pants. but i also noticed running on the flush hose for awhile would foul them right out. and i mean really foul them out so bad that one time after i put in the water it had absolutely no power. i checked the brand new plugs that i had put in before i flushed it and they were full of chit.
