Dropped compression in all 3 cylinders?

I've had compression checked before by mechanic and all were about 120psi,
i bought a compression tester kit off eBay and all the cylinders read about 90psi..
I've checked the o-rings on the tester and can't see or feel any leaks..
Is it possible all 3 cylinders can drop to the same psi or is my tester out of whack?

I'm guessing you bought a cheap tester. Many low to mid end testers will not read the same

If its 90 on all cylinders I'm betting its the tester. spray some oil or WD in the gauge and try it again.

Second the gauge accuracy. If it runs good and they are all the same you are probably good to go. Go to autozone and borrow their gauge and see what it reads. They rent for free just pay a deposit and when you take it back you get your deposit back. Bet it wont be the same as either of the two gauges.

Very unlikely that all three cylinders would drop the same. Make sure battery is fully chargered, other two plugs installed and throttle is open.

Yes it was a cheapo, only reason I'm worried is because since my last compression test (120 psi) I had a problem with powervalve motor and now fixed, i bought myself a comp tester to tune for max rpm's..
Battery is full and 2 closed cylinders while testing..

Waiting for new comp tester to get shipped now
