changed to 160mm rpm dropped !!!

I have the stage 3 from riva and r3 ecu from R&D
when I was on the 155mm pump set up with 12/22 prop my rpms were 8400
and now when I converted to 160mm set up with 15/23 prop my rpms
    dropped to 7200 !!!
any advices on the prop ?

When you go to a larger 160 mm diameter impeller in order to keep the same rpms you need a impeller with 2 mm less pitch than your current pitch 155 mm pitch. With the information you have posted your 160 mm impeller needs to be a 13/20 or possible a 13/19 due to the hot temperatures you have. Also switching to a 85 or 87 mm reduction nozzle will help along with a lower pitch impeller also. Tommy Jordan

to get your rpm's up were they were 1200 rpm more you are going to have to pitch 4 degrees lower. Or put a bigger wheel lol.

    I would start with a 13/20 or a 13/19 160mm prop!
