Question EXTREME blow by - help..........!

so i may only have 5 hours on a new headgasket - 07 rxp.....

during high pass runs the engine bay was full of oil+gas, i mean alot

so with the head still on the motor, i took off each valve springs to check the stem seals, none had any visible cuts , etc to produce this extreme blow by

only thing i had near the cam by the cylinder closest to the prop was attached picture.... its really hard plastic....

can oil+gas do this ? or is this a broken part? head gasket the cause???

That looks like pieces of your timing chain guide to me... Who reinstalled the head? In thinking it may have been installed incorrectly.

Looks like the same colour as the plastic cover from the cam sprocket wheel. Is that still there? May have fallen off and down into the mag housing and got chewed up by the chain and spat out.

is it the plastic part that clips onto the cam gear, if the metal plate was left off it might have come loose. it's where the tops valve pushes on to it holding it down as well as the tabs

Those parts look more like the oil separator cover plastic that is supposed to be on the end of the camshaft gear. Also, blowby has nothing to do with valve guide seals. Blowby is caused by leaking rings.

You need to find out for sure what that plastic is (easy to tell on the oil separator cover), and do a leakdown test on the engine.
