Constant 6K RPMs on first fireup?

1st, second and 3rd actually. I used a ton of CRC on the pistons, intercooler core and WD-40 in the SC. How long would this take to burn off or is there something else going on? No error codes.

Idle air valve? TPS? Both worked fine before the teardown

I forgot I put on the Blowsion finger throttle and the adapter had pulled the cable and extra .5" from dead closed. Adjusted it and back down to 1700 Small crap to fix now. Water leak and the MTXL is giving me a constant e8
