Not that I have seen but, it is casted aluminum. We have done welding on casted aluminum at my shop. You have nothing to loss. Find a good welding shop and try it out. See if they can do a dye penetrate test after to see if they got it all. Depending how much welding is done, mani might move a little.
Might have to skim grind the inlet to the mani to true them up. To bad your so fare, could do this for you. Have all the equipment in front of me. Let us know how you make out.

They can be welded. Breon welded my old 02 hole shut, when the threads stripped out. Just need to bring it to a good welder.

If you were closer i would offer to weld it up for you. welding cast aluminum is not hard. just make sure they preheat it and then after its welded let it cool slowly.

    thanks,
I found a local shop around the corner, the guy sounded about 70 years old, he said he could weld anything,

I found a hair line crack on the wall by the outside of the hull, about 1/4" down,
I was going to take the manifold to my shop and prep it up, I even have a big bolt that is the same size thread as the sensor that I can put in the threads and then they can weld the outside where the crack is,

Just out of curiosity Ronnie, what shop did you find? I need to get my manifold fixed from some old (before it was my ski) salt damage.

Most 70 year old welders can weld anything. My uncle Johnny ( he has his shop right next door to mine) has done some pretty incredible alumium welding on all sorts of ski bits. He's welded a bunch of 717 head pipes for me this year, but his most amazing job was welding an aluminum brace on my test tank crane. He's from texas also....
