Description: 2008 Yamaha SHO
Located just north east of Dallas in Wylie
2008 Yamaha SHO purchase just before July 4th in 2008. Engine rebuilt by Jim (Jim 's Performance) in 2010. With new liners, JE Pistons, Carrillo rods, all balanced, decked, etc. I have the receipt for this work. About 3 grand I think with the vast majority of parts already provided. I’ll update if I remember to verify.
Ski was painted by Waterworks in Lewisville, Texas.
Timing chain broke after about 10 hours of no problems.
I took it to the dealer and gave up on them and brought it back home. I did drain the oil after the chain broke and filled with new oil.
New chain in on now, but timing not set.
Prior to all this the ski was a solid 80+ mph Ski (This video is from when it had a MoTec ECU before swithing to a R3 Flashed ECU and painting: )
I'm sure in the right hands there's even more there.
$5,000.00 cash. We do the paperwork, you load it, you go...
