    seadoo rxt rpm's

    Question took my rxt out today and the rpm's wont go over 7620 at the most is this normal? I had read some ppl sayin there stock skis running like 7900...

    In case it matters it got a 3in air intake, riva intake grate,tive pump wedge,water box mod and deleted the resonater... O yea also removed the screen from stock i/c...

    Did you make sure the TB side 2" wide O-Ring was still on the IC? It falls off almost ever single time you pull the IC out.

    Also did you touch your nose cone? If it slid off and is bobbing on the shaft it will eat your RPMs immediately.

    Both seals where on the i/c when i reinstalled. Nose cone? On the prop? I never removed it the ski was only rev up to7600 before i did the mods also...

    my gtx is 8150 and pretty much stays there unless its 100+ outside then it drops to 8100 with flashes of 8150. my rxp is 8080-8120 depends on weather but i havent touched the stock prop.
