Cotton check your PM and ppl will say do a search because this topic has been covered many times, read the stickies at the top of the forum it will explain upgrades and what needs to be done, and welcome to the forum. I always loved that year ski and color combo!

Try and use the search box at the top. It is pretty good at leading you to the right threads...

I did the same with a 06 rxp, I did the x charger and the 42's and a Riva intake grate and it was like night and day, pretty safe combination,
Next I up graded to the External Intercooler, then I had to use a RRFPR and a AFR gauge to keep the fuel dialed in,
you will have the bug pretty soon,

you don't want a grate with the 2005 RXT ESPECIALLY a riva grate. trust me as a fellow owner of a 2005 RXT.

This is my build. The first post of page 4 shows all my mods but that should give you a good idea of what you want to do and how far you wanna go.

stock = fastest. Riva will break. Both mine and my friends same time out broke. complete crap. Other models don't have that issue with riva grate but this model does
