    06 GTX 4-Tec SC / Code wont clear ?

Any suggestion would be helpful if you have experienced this Problem
Code: PO505 Idle By-Pass Valve, Replaced Bypass Valve with new one and used 2 different MPEM Programing units fom 2 differnt dealers and not able to clear the code. after the reset is flashed the code returns once the Laynard is plug in.
Has anyone run into this issue before, remedies or trouble shooting help Please.

Check the wire that goes from the device back to the ECU. Shorted to any other wire or broken will drive you nuts.
