    Kawasaki Sxi Pro complete rebuild!!!

    Hello Guys!

I am writing you from Germany!
Does anybody knows the water routing for a factory mod pipe in a SXI or SXI Pro?
I have a picture of it.
My problem is that I have the water line from the water temp sensor still open.
I put the Jetski apart to fix everthing and paint the hull, but I forgot the way of the water routing!
Would be glad to hear from you soon.

    Thanks a lot!!

    Marc

Sxi Pro 800 : head and cylinder sxr, sxr impeller, footholds, odi grips, factory mod pipe, hydro turf, bored nozzle, color kawasaki lime green.

    Guten Tag!

The Temp Sensor you are referring to is not really a sensor but a junction elbow fitting where the actual sensor screws into.
Anyway, the bottom/vertical fitting of the eblow connects to the top of the exhaust manifold via a tube.
The top/horizontal fitting of the elbow connects to the side pisser via a tube.
    Hope that helps.
Yes, you did an awesome paint job.

Here is my one of two SXi Pros. This is a bone stock 2002 model.

    Thanks for welcoming, Sean!

Get a standup ASAP - the most fun on water for every drop of fuel.

It looks good. What kind of speed do you make on one of those?
