    Need some MSX info

Could someone please send me the engine bay opening measurements on a MSX?

    I need:
    -Front to back.
    -Side to side.
-From top of opening deck to perpendicular plane on the bottom of the hull.

This is a stretch, but if someone has their engine out, I need the measurement from the driveshaft mid-line to the bottom of the hull. Also, how wide is this area... a few inches or from mount to mount? What is the distance from the driveshaft to the gas tank as well?

    JUST CURIOUS....

I guess I'll make it in time... and for the record, I think it's a great choice of hulls. The only 2 things that ever bothered me about the MSX were the lack of power, and the way the seat hump would push the rider forward... 2 things that can be overcome!!!

But I know, you're just curious!!!

A little more power will take care of that seat pushing you forward.

I was thinking around 250hp of Polarisaki power.

Just for us early risers who haven't had enough coffee yet, can you elaborate on this one?

To the lowest point in hull, or do you want to take the V into account as well?

    Dunno.

Good question. I'm wondering if the engine would go down in there, what would the total height be? How much room vertically?

How deep is the "v", or is it a flat bottom like the SLTX? I'd say an area about 10" across would be the lowest plane, thinking of the width of an engine???
