    Am I crazy?

    Thinking about going for a ride on my PX today, should get up to 55, now I'm starting to think I'm crazy, am I?

    i was on the lake 2 weeks ago when it was 45 degrees out.....no wetsuit your crazy but with a suit ur perfectly sane sir.

    Ride.. I stopped in fall when temps got consistently in the 40s.. Then broke the beater standup out to ride in winter, had it out the other weekend breaking ice

    go ride and have fun. Ive ridden every week for the last month. But its been upper 60's and low 70's here.

    I don't know if a suit really matters, not like ill be swimming haha. Guess it couldn't hurt though. It's 39 out right now, should be around 55 and sunny at 2pm, couple hour wait couldn't hurt

    It's only too cold if you're too much of a wuss for it.











    With that said if it's under 50 I'm too much of a wuss.

    A question for you guys... I just bought a 2012 FX SHO but live in Michigan so it might be a while before I can use it. (We got 6 inches of snow last night.) Can't wait for it to warm up so I am thinking about buying a wetsuit. I have not done much in the way of cold water/weather riding. I understand how wetsuits work, warm up the thin layer of water between you and the suit. What I can't figure out is if the wetsuit keeps you warm at the start of your ride while it's still dry.
