Do you have the required software loaded on your laptop?
Have you figured out how to data log a ride and view the log?
What problems are you having with the tune?

Who set up the knock control?
There are many safety futures on the 400 and one wrong setting will give you poor performance
Motec has very good webinar videos on tuning the m400

Gary Watson from watsonracing tuned it.
It's running Rich, I'm getting a fair bit of blow by in the catch can after each ride, and it's performing far from it's potential. I'm seeing 73mph max at 8300rpm. I had a leak down test done and a compression test and everything was good. I have the software on my lap top but i have never used and I have no idea how to data log.

did you pay for data logging?
it only comes with a few hours free
do you have a o2 sensor?
did you buy the auto tune?

I have no idea how to data log, bit yes as soon as I get the cable I can send you the file. And yes I do have a sensor for Afr readings. How exactly do I data log? Thanks

Data logging is automatic, if you have it
but you must take the logs out of the ecu using the motec manager
and re-name and save them
Then use the i2 program to see the log
