Question 09 rxpx overheating after wot?

Hey I have looked around at other posts and I can't find exactly what I'm looking for so I'm going to tell u all my problem in hope of some assistance before I take it to a dealer. What happens is about ten seconds or more after a couple minutes of wot including hard turns loading the motor up it decides to boil over spitting out most of the coolant through the overflow hose and it once wet into limp throwing p1116 which I believe is coolant temp. I have pressure tested coolant system and compression tested the cylinders which all came back good I also replaced the cap with a brand new genuine cap. I'm thinking thermostat is not opening fully or water pump has shit itself. I don't believe it would be head gasket at this stage because it boils after not during wot. Any thoughts? It's getting 74mph @8140rpm
    Cheers.

    my mods are
    intercooler relocation
    through hull exhaust
    solas 15/21
    rxp 83mmm nozzle
    r&d scoop grate
    4inchintake
    worx opas block offs

    Welcome to Greenhulk.

I know you dont want to hear this but, boiling over after wot runs usually means head gasket. Dont ask how I know.

BTW nice ski mate. I am not going to crazy with my ski but when I'm getting the head done I will get valve retainers done and les cook reflash to 8650rpm.

Def symptoms of a leaky head gasket. Is there any junk floating around in the coolant?

I have done the co2 head check aswel and it had no co2 in resivour. There was some tinny little black flakes could not tell if it was plastic shavings or carbon deposits they are so small I could not feel it properly definitely was not crusty feeling. It over heats after wot its like it cools it enough whilst wot but when i come off wot its like its not pumping enought coolant to cool it enought then boils, I can wot for a very long time several minutes doesn't boil then back off then 5 or 10 seconds later it boils.

Thanks, What SC'er are u running now?
While your getting the head done with a fresh surface, its a good time to have them do a valve job while there in there. Most don't seal very well, and could use it.
