Getting back in the game, just a few questions about the 2012 RXPX

So i previously owned 2 2007 RXP's did the whole 9 yards with them and ive been to several dealers and i keep asking if there is still ceramic supercharger clutch washers in the new boats being 2012 or 2013, do they need to be switched out to metal or is this problem been resolved, and do you have to do any tuning or ecu stuff to just run a intake and exhaust? Cuz that's bout all i want on this ski, how are ya'll liking the 260's???? thanks

No, since 2008 BRP didn't use the ceramic washers anymore and the problem didn't exist anymore. Up to the 2012 ski's BRP recommends to service the supercharger every 100 hours, and at all newer ski's every 200 hours. If you get the latest supercharger rebuild kit, your service interval changes to 200 hours.

You really will not see any gains unless you bypass the GPS and rev limiters on the ski.
Now if you bypass those and add those mods, different story. You will have a 72-73 mph ski.

Have you test ridden anything. T3 is a very different ride to the early RXP.

Your not wrong about that!!.... The more I ride my 260 the more I love it. The turning is like nothing else. But I have never test ridden any of the skis I have purchased, just got to grips with them once I had them. This new 260 is just freakin amazing. I don't even want to make it faster (he says now ), I just wanna ride the nuts off it stock.
