    Anybody recognize this stator cover?

I'm selling a bunch of parts from a GP1200R in the classifieds. In one of my pics I took, there is a stator cover that doesn't seem to be from the boat I parted (it was loose in there). It had two 1/8 pipethread brass elbows on the front cover that appear to run some sort of water jacket through the removable section of the cover (possibly to cool the stator and/or the bendix??). Anyway, just looking to see if anyone recognizes this cover and what it fits. Looks like a very nice piece to me.

ps - one of the elbows was broken and I put one from my parts in to show how it goes - they were the same size outlets before.

I may have inadvertently placed in wrong thread -- MOD can this be moved to the 'Open Discussion' section or other appropriate thread please?

Really interested in finding out the make/model fitment of this piece.

Wow, us Yamaha boys must be so into our brand we don't know what is out there - jk

I did some looking around and I believe it to be from a Kawi 1100 motor based on threads about a stator cover that has cooling lines on it - and to blow it out from time to time to make sure it doesn't get clogged up.

Ah - that Polaris model came up in the searches too, although I haven't actually seen a pic on a motor of either type yet. Thanks

Now I'll feel really stupid if you say that was on all the Polaris 1200s - cause I had a Pro1200 for about 7 years, although I never had to pull the motor so I never got that far down in there.
