Thread: Custom intercooler
03-10-2013, 12:20 PM #1
Hi Guys Im looking to sell my custom intercooler, It has a 550HP pace intercoolers core
It has 13mm inlet, main outlet and 8mm bleed fittings, I was planning on running it like the 08 up boats where the main feed is T'eed into the cooler and then dumping the outlets. I would not suggest that you try to put all the flow through this icer, Pace told me that the water flow should not be too fast as it effects heat transfer.
The core is one of there race cores and features very high density fin and tube design, its designed to have minimal pressure drop with outstanding tempreture control, if you want to get those AIT's down without heat soak this is the cooler for you. This is not a cheap Chinese core...
The boost inlet and outlet match the Scer and Throttlebody so that makes for a nice clean install.
Im looking for £250 plus shipping and paypal, which is far less then this cost to build and its never been used...
Ill post worldwide from the UK
Any other questions pm me, ill consider sensible offers.

It is very compact compared to say an xs cooler, more like the size of the latest cooler from seadoo thats quite small.
I can get you some pics tomorrow with a tape measure so you can get a good idea.
