    Just picked up a 95 SLX but missing carbs. Which years fit??

    I just picked up a used 1995 polaris SLX. However it's missing the carbs and pump and driveshaft. I'm looking on ebay and I see SLX carbs from a 96 and one from a 97. Will these fit my 95? Did they change anything from those years?

    If someone on here has a set of carbs and pump assembly on here that wants to sell theirs, PM me. Thanks

    Hey x2 - Any carbs from a Fuji in 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, or 97, 650 750 or 780 will work. Carbs from any 780 will be a direct replacement. The carbs from other sizes and years will need some internal changes in the jetting to be setup for your motor. Also, you may need an inline restrictor except for the 780 carbs which have the restrictor built into the carb's return nipple.

    The 650 and 750 carbs are typically blue, while the 780s are black. The Fuji motors were last used in 97 in the 650 750 and 780 configs.

    Be sure the impeller in the pump is correct for a 780 motor, and that you do infact have a 780 motor in the ski. The first SLX I picked up was missing a pump and driveshaft, and had a beat 750 installed.......

    650 & 750 carbs are different. They have the throttle drum on the opposit side as the 780 carbs.

    we have correct, fresh water 780 carbs here. genuine mikuni carb & fuel pump rebuild kits.

    sorry, I do not currenrly have any jet pumps or shafts for your SLX.

    X2, If carbs and pump are gone maybe engine swap, I have good sets of all carbs and pumps, I give the people that use this site big discounts then the going rate, just like helping others keep the Polaris Ski's on the water, PM sent.

    Are the 780 carbs not simply rotated 180 degrees which places the throttle drum on the opposite (PTO) side of the ski? If this affects something else, please share quick so I don't break something!!!!
