Ocean Ride Near Deerfield April 1st-7th ???

I'll be heading down the first week of April, staying near Deerfield beach and would like to find some people to ride with. Primary interest being jumping waves, I have an XP I would be bringing if I can find some people to ride with. I'm not looking for a big event or anything just a few people that like to jump waves and are safety minded. I'm not sure what inlets are near there that would be good for this, I'm open for suggestions.

If you're in Deerfield, just go out at Hillsboro Inlet....usually lots of jumping action there.....

I've heard of Hillsboro, some say its a little tricky, I think I'll like it.
Looking on the satelite photos, I saw what looks like a reef just South
of the inlet. Do you ride there?

    Tricky Inlet

There's a lot of current flowing through Hillsboro Inlet, as
much as 7/9 knots with the incoming and outgoing tides.
It's real shallow as you exit to the right. Lots of boat traffic.
A mega yacht washed up on the jetty rocks not too long
    ago when he lost power.
Lots of enforecment people. Keep your eyes open!

I ride out of there. Just dont make a quick right(south) as you are passing the rock jetty as it is shallow rocks, but is marked ok. Head straight out a bit. Can be real great for jumping when the swells are coming in. Popular place to ride...

Yes you are right!! A friend of mine owns the jet ski/boat rental place near there and customers are always landing on those rocks to the right!!! He keeps the deposit!

I go out there almost every weekend. I belive this is the best spot for wave jumping cause of the reefs. When u do go out the inlet go south. Head towards the kaki color building. There are great waves there. My buddie also owns the southern comfert loundge bar right there thats built into that hotel. Let me know what time ur going ill try to make it on that sunday.

I'm interesed, what's the # or name of the outfit? I didn't think anyone rented and allowed jumping in the ocean.
I have brought my Doos allong before when vacationing with my family and sometimes wish I hadn't. I always worry about them setting stolen or if we are at the beach, all I think of is riding. Since I bought these things, I cannot enjoy sitting on the beach, fishing, canoeing or anything that I used to do. Addiction is hard on the family. If I rented maybe I could just enjoy the moment
