    WTB: Yamaha GP1200R , 800 or 1300.

    I am looking for one of the models listed. Mainly looking for a 2000-2004. I am looking to by this week. If you are in CT, MA, ME, NY, NJ or anywheres close let me know what you have.     Are you sure you want a 800? The 800 are not even close to the gp12/300r performance wise. You might end up being disappointed with a 800 depending on what you are looking to do with it.

    I decided to go with a 1200r 01' looking at it today. Really didn't want a 800 unless it was cheap.

    I would wait it out for a 1300r. Hard to beat the fuel injection and probably can find an 03 or 04 around your price range.

    Go 1200r or 1300r not a 800. 2800 might get you a decent 1300r

    You will like no carb rebuilds, faster and more reliable, bilge pump, and overall performance increase is worth it alone.

    Ended up going with a 1200r couldn't wait as I leave the states this week to head back to Canada. Feel like I got a good deal anyways. Thanks everyone !!
