YO! I cracked my ribs! (pics of new Girlyfriend)
That's right...riding my bicycle and trying to get into jetski shape, I fell off coming down a bridge, hit a the concrete curb and cracccck! This hurts like mofo too...it hurts when you breathe or do anything. This happened 2 weeks ago but I re-injured them yesterday. I will follow the Doctor's order from now on cause this sucks. I am too old for this stuff.

There's nothing that makes you wanna laugh and cry at the same time like this. I took 2 Percocet and feel nothing right now...but when I go to sleep, dadgum, I cry like a baby, girlfriend called me a wuss..and the Doctor told me to sleep on the cracked side, which is totally stupid. At least I'm in shape for jetski season! I got up to 25-31 miles a ride before this crap happened. Bike riding is the best cardio I've ever done the last few years...cuz I can't run without my knees and legs falling apart.
