Flipping the RXT for hull repair

This is kind of tricky..any ideas on how to get this big monster flipped over for bottom hull repair? (cosmetic repairs).

I don't wanna have to take the engine or anything out to make it lighter. any tips would be appreciated!

I know you say you dont want too take the motor out but i would be more than a little concerned about flippin the ski over with the motor still installed. I personally would remove the motor, there`s gonna be a fair bit of srtess on the motor mounts with the motor pulling on them when upside down. Pull a mount out of the floor and your in for some pain not to say a hefty bill possibly aswell.
Can you get the ski lifted up with a PWC sling say, to get the repairs done. You could try and support the ski on an area that wasnt damaged, just so you can do the repairs.

Even if I could get the ski lifted on its' side, that would work as well. The ski weighs a lot and it's still on the trailer. We do have a tractor with a bucket loader on it that I could put straps to set it in the floor of the garage, but I dont like the whole idea of putting it on the concrete. :P

I eventually came up with an idea to build a prop for the back of the ski to sit in and then use straps to lift the front end up. To make the ski look like an acute angle. How much pressure can the front tow hook take?

you need a rotisserie that grabs the hull union (what the rub rail covers), a good chainfall or roof wench and mounting points. any other way is sketchy.

i know its not the same but a few years ago we used to have old classic minis we used to get a couple of old bed mattresses and just gently roll the car over onto them maybe make a wedge to hold the motor in place between top of engine and hull and roll over onto bed mattress ???
