Hey, guys Prop pitch question. 2=15-20's and 1- 15-22 and all leading 13?
Guys I am getting my ski ready for this weekends testing fun. IM off.
Well I have 3 props here and all three are leading edge 15, but all three measure on my gauge as one 13-19, one 13-20, and one 13-22. All three leading edges are 13... Can anyone verify there Solas is actually a 15 leading edge. This frustrates me.
Also anyone with a 12P-X want to suggust the prop to start with? Im thinking the 13-19

All you have added is the Athena?
What rpm did you set it at?

Troy the first map is the Stock OEM map. Gonna do this one first as it is already loaded on the ECU and I want to give people input on if they add just the ECU/prop. I have asked Riva if this map has a rev. of 8450. I know it states 8000 target prop rpm, but it states in the values 8450. Im gonna do the the next stage next. then so on.
Im thinking this 13-19prop

Yea, for that I would also start with the 13/19.

Ok Troy, you know I just had shoulder surgery, and am still week as hell, but holy moly are these new props screwed on like a mofo. I mean, my wife and I had it in the vise with heat and still no go. SO I am going by Rays today so he can help me throw so more umpth into it.

Yep, I agree, Im starting with the 13-19 Solas.
Then I will add the 4inch air and remove the flame arrestor and retest BUT will change tunes.

Add your mods. Check RPMs then pitch your prop to your choice RPMs.
