For some reason the pics are not displaying you have to click on them.

The bearings went on the s/c which caused the insides of the s/c to grind down and send this grey metal dust into to s/c hoses.
The flywheel was toast and so was the s/c gear.

ALWAYS CHANGE THE BEARINGS AT EVERY S/C SERVICE AND YOU WILL BE FINE.

We had to pull the motor and alot more.
But now she's 110% and while we were in it we did some upgrading.
    She's running 74 mph now....

Yes she got a complete clean out and is ripping better than new.

It's a buddys ski but figured I'd show everyone what can happen when you don't service the s/c bearings with the clutch washers.
Bearings had 150+ hours before they failed.
And this guy stays wfo all day every day he rides...

If he'd spent a little more for a complete s/c over haul at the time he changed the clutch washers it would have saved him some big $$$$ in the long run.

    Touchdown!!! 6 points!

Been there! .................12 hours after "total" rebuild by a certain Seadoo Dealership. Was the inside bearing (next to inside seal) . Was lucky ..caught (sort of) it in time,,,,bearings stayed inside S/C.. Took S/C to dealer.....Their response "Too Bad..So Sad" (literally!) They were going to charge me for new S/C and clean out motor.... Got in touch with Gerry...he got me a new S/C (less than half the price the dealer was going to charge). Cleaned all the dust out ..3 oil changes... running perfect for over 2 years now!!!(and I drive it like I stole it!).. Now... a little commercial... Gerry...You da man!
