    1994 Kawasaki XI SuperSport

Just got a 1994 Kawasaki XI SuperSport in pretty good condition. What are key things I should know about this ski? Has new top end, trailer and title. All gauges and trim work. Definitely needs a tune though. What steps should be done for a great running ski? Any help would be appreciated.

The oil lines should be replaced, if they haven't been already. They'll get brittle and crack.

The carbs probably need to be overhauled and the fuel filters should probably be looked at. I'd pull them out of the tank and remove the filters and replace with a rubber hose. Then put a filter in the fuel line near the carbs. That way, you can see it and service it.

So it was swapped to pre mix. An inline fuel filter is already in place along with a second spin off one. Whats a good ratio to run? I'm also having a no fuel issue. Batt volta ge is at 11.60. I checked power at fuel pump plug while cranking and it was 2.48v. Is this normal?

I have no idea what you mean by 'a second spin off one'. Pre-mix at 50:1.

2.48 volts at the 'fuel pump plug'? What fuel pump?

^This is the spin on one.
I guess I was checking the plug for the level sensor.

Forgot about the water separator. The bottom picture is the oil pump.

Your 'no fuel issue', you mean that it starts if you prime it, but won't stay running? Probably needs carb overhaul.

Where is the best place to get a complete rebuild kit for the carbs?
