You can upload the video to youtube by using a gmail/ youtube account and then copy and paste the link into your post on GH. The video will show up in a frame so you can play it right on GH.

Which hero 3 did you get?
I got the black edition a few months ago and love it. It's crazy how nice the videos are.

I had a gopro sold it due to the quality of mounting accesories available very flimsy, I ended up purchasing a sony action cam and wont look back, But hey i guess everybody has a diffrent opinion

I have no problems with the mounts at all. What kinds of problems were you having?

I beat the crap out of myself and my ski on Lake Michigan. Never a problem. I am actually surprised it has never come off of the mount. I have crashed it pretty hard through waves.

I put mine through a beating as well although not quite Lake Michigan I have been in some fairly rough waters that IMO have tested the mounts. I put a tether on mine just for added security, if it ever comes off then it wont end up at the bottom of some lake.

I've come unglued from the ski far more than that camera..

I don't trust it, with the camera alone it floats fine but with the suction cup mount on the camera it's very iffy. I was trying it on shore at the lake one day and the camera was going under the water so I use a tether just because I don't trust the floaty to keep the camera and the mount together on the water surface.
