ID:	295197 I was told this part is called a hull thru fitting. ? To me its a dam exhaust.I spent all day on phone and at the dealer looking for this part .nothing on microfiche shows it. We pulled a manual for a 2007 .I have a 2008 250x ultra. After a long day today I found out a few things. Microfiche, service manuals are showing me that part being on the left side of the rear of the hull.its not the case with my 2008.mine is on the right side, apparently my ski is a late model 2008, which only has one waterbox .the early models had 2 waterboxes. Is this true? Also being that I cant find this part for my ski I was told riva makes an after market exhaust that justs bolts right up to my stock ski, the back end of the o.e.m exhaust clamps into a rubber hose which connect s to water muffler box. Do any of you have this set up? If so in reality does it come with a gasket which compresses it to the hull and does it just bolt up with out having to buy any extra parts. My concern is will it reach the existing Water box hose that the o.e.m one was attached to... all advise greatly appreciated. Yes ski was a salty all its life now I own it.and only riding lakes.

Yes it's correct I have an 07'. I had two water box's. now I have one. I got the Riga exhaust set up. It sounds good and the part seems more quality then the factory I'd get the Riva system. Im sure it comes with a gasket. Honestly its been a while i dont remember. Also don't be afraid of salt water. That looks like he did a poor job cleaning. U might wanna pull ur inner cooler out too. It's easy. Not a big job and clean it out. You will need it out if u do the exhaust. Hope that helps

nicjak the bolts the compress that part against the hull have a seating placement in that ring shown in pic above. three of the bolts popped right through due to corrosion it was only being held in by the top bolt.also there was almost a half inch gap on the bottom between hull-gasket-and ring.

it comes with a NEW HULL , not a seperate part ,

yes just buy the aftermarket tip

nothing to do with quality , simple as leave alloy in saltwater and it will corrode away

I just threw three of those away. Also use one from a 07 or 09 up its a bigger outlet 08 was a odd duck year where they restricted it. Just use silicone on the old gasket it will be fine.
