It might sound crazy but worth give a shot. A petition to bring Polaris pwc back?

I am not sure if it had been done before or so??? It will be almost ten years since polaris pulled the plug on pwc business so I'd like to see if possible we all to start petition to bring back polaris pwc. Maybe after seeing the petition Polaris will consider give pwc business another chance? I would like to start but I am not sure what to begin with maybe somebody will chime in and help me start from there?

Might sound silly but worth give a try.
    Anybody interested?

    What were the lawsuits concerning?

Pretty sure it had to do with someone falling off the back. Awoman who fell off the back and had water injected inside of her... The judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff. A quick google search found some posts about it.

I will have to look. I think she had several surgeries and can no longer control her bowels ... I think this was the case:

I think this was where they threw the towel in.

And a last good thread to read... This is on PWCtoday there are about 16 pages more of information. The lawsuit was about 4MM and they further lost 10MM off the bottom line.

    They are out.

Hey I got an Idea what about a Passenger kill switch, What are the odds of that happening in the first place, design flaw My arse, I think we can come up with some type of injury for just about anything and blame it on the manufacturer, If someone gets ejected from a boat at 60 mph and lands just right/wrong they will get this same thing, as this is my logical opinion.

Ya know, there is no way in hell that a Polaris Quad is safer than a Polaris ski.

really im sure if it was a profitable business for them they never would have left in the first place.... I don't think a few thousand signatures are going to talk them into spending tens of millions of dollars.

Like I said we can give it a try I am sure polaris will consider give it annother shot in pwc bussines or atleast have them to make pwc oem parts again so we able to order new parts from polaris dealership.

Anybody interested ??? I need to know so I can start from there and do my best as I can also any help will appreciate.
