Found a kawasaki for free today.
I haven't own any Kawasaki since I was 15 years old and now I am 30 and today I got that jet ski for free she have couples of high performance upgrade ans as can see she has been in accident and been sit since 2001 damaged on front bottom hull and the previous owner tried to repair but did not do right job. Its no biggie I know how to do fiberglass job and will have to find replace handle bars for this maybe can do welded up if I have to do that and of course when I have time I will start taking apart and do overhauling due been sit for more than ten years.
What do you think? Can't beat free right? lol

I am not a expert on Kawasaki i think they made ts 650 and ts 750. I think most were 650. It is one of the worst ski I have ridden. I called it the flat bottom special. If it a 650 I think the block is the same. Not really worth the money to fix it to me. I think the motor will work in xi or ss and a few stand ups. I would sell the motor and part the rest out. But if your going to put it in something there might be some motor mounts or bracket needed to make it work in a different ski. A bare xi or ss hull could be missing something. Better find xi or ss that all there with a blown motor. Someone old school on this Form should know what is needed. Good luck Free is a good price. I forgot about the X-2 it will fit that too.

I didn't want to insult you, but I have to agree with 20 feet. Put the engine in something else.
That hull is the most boring thing I've ever ridden. It won't spin or jump, and it's too slow to get out of it's own way. It is stable, I don't think you could tip it over if you tried (I tried).
You can probably put the engine in a standup (550, perhaps?) I believe the 650 engines only had about 65-70 HP.

Pretty cool. Had some good times on that same model ski.

All you need to do really is replace the handlebars & make sure the hull bottom is patched enough to keep water out & smoothed a bit for water flow, you can't see the bottom when driving across the lake anyway. There were enough of these made that you should be able to find parts for very little $$, if the motor runs then proceed. Yes they weren't 'exciting' to drive, had only 50hp & good for 35mph & the pipe on it may give you 55hp & another 2mph, but again can be fixed with little effort & $$ & since you had one many years ago you know how they ride, & if the motor is a good runner these days you can probably find someone on this site that you could get a ss or zi hull for nearly free for hauling it away.
