Best oil to get for pre-mixing fuel for two stroke yamaha

I have 4 yamaha Wave ventures (3-700's and 1 1100). I have switched all to premix and was told that yama-lube and other oils meant for injection are too thin to really do any real lubrication. I've been told to run the thicker stuff (again DONT KNOW CRAP ABOUT THIS STUFF) and wanted to know what everyone else is using. Been using the west marine oil at 40:1

Really want my motor to last and don't want to rebuilt every two years.

So, if you do know, please pass on some knowledge.

    Don

There are much better choices than Amsoil.

Check out this stuff. This is what I use. Amazingly good stuff for a reasonable price.

Just looked on their website for some test data. Didn't see anything. Just curious how you know this stuff is amazingly good. Not trying to start a fight, but im curious what you're basing your statement on.

There is an excel spreadsheet made with all of the results from the chemist's testing. Read through the link from hardcoresledder that I posted. I am also basing this on my personal experiences with the 2 oils and from talking with a few very experienced engine builders. I used to run amsoil in my 2 strokes. Not any more. I do however use Amsoil products in my truck. And I'm pretty sure their oils for thr 4 stroke PWC motors is very good stuff.

And here is the spreadsheet from the results of the testing from Hardcore sledder. This was compiled by the tester, and not by Legend.

Here is a picture from a recent teardown on a motor of mine, running on the Legend ZX2R

Notice the amount of oil on the piston skirt. The crank was just as squeaky clean as the day I installed it. I have never seen a motor run on Amsoil look that clean, with that much oil in the motor on disassembly.
