    MODS !!! I need MODS !!!

With the Bridge to Bridge Race just around the corner, I need more MODS!

The race is a flat water river race that goes for around 30 minutes.

I need to be in front of Jim and Corey.

I'm thinking the TBM/Riva Grate (I think they are the same). This one http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=1743

I've done all the air mods.

    Is the plate worth changing?

What else is there??? (I was thinking of losing a few pounds by eating salad for the next month, but the thought of that just makes me sick).

    Heeeeeeeeelp

PS: Don't tell Corey or Jim about this thread.

    Mal.

older style riva ride plate. turns like a truck, need to modify some things (easy) and a huge loss of hookup, does have 1 redeeming quality.... flat water speed

no one likes salad, thats the hard way to do it!

Run pure ethanol, take your plugs out and replace them with glow plugs, fill up your intercooler with epoxy (let in dry overnight) advance the timing 8 degrees and you should be ready to go. Don't tell Jim Im using his computer. Haaaaaaaaaaa

In my dirt bike racing days, I would run a slightly hotter spark plug (the bike ran crisper / better) on race day. Then put the colder heat range plug back in for the recreational days. I am not sure this is even a good idea for today's SC watercraft . . but this did work for me back in the day. JB

Wish I wasn't so far away . . . I think I would do well in the Bridge to Bridge event

    Heeeeeeeeelp...Mal.
If its 30 mins in flat water, then superior conditioning will be scant advantage. May as well enjoy the next month while preparing to go medieval. Get Jimmie dancing on tables the night before while you hydrate with water. NJ never checks his hull plugs. He will be listing over at 45 degs before race starts but just act normal.
