    picked up another ski =)

Hey guys along with my 1300(aka 1200) i bought a gpr800 it has low hours really clean and has low compression in cylinder 1.i started to tear it down today and i found out y. The piston grooved the exhaust port on the cylinder while looking at that i noticed the power valve was no longer connected to the linkage so i guess i will be ordering a brand new top end kit from sbt for both on monday.

And i was just wondering,I installed a gp1200 cluster in the 800 but i have one brown wire and three gray wires with no plug up coming from the cluster what are they supposed to run to on the 1200 ? And will this be a issue on the 800 leaving them unplugged everything seems to be working on the display

I'd stay away from sbt, just read what others have said about their experiences with the engines, not the best quality

Nice, but I would just get both cyl re-nic'd and install good quality pistons of your choice. How many hours are on it? Personally any time I have done any rebuilds everything is coming apart and getting a once over, but that is just me.
