Best place to mount the mikuni triple pump in z 1995 Polaris slt 750

Trying to find the spot to mount the triple pump. Sound like I better move it from the orginal position. Some say mount it in front on battery on RH rib. Not sure what the rib is or how I would mount it on it... I sure hope it runs, hope to mount this and crank it today after carb rebuild and fuel lines and pump replaced. Thanks all

I mounted mine on a piece of treated plywood screwed and glued to the flotation foam on both of my SLTs. Going on season 3 without any issues. Really the general guidance is as low as feasible with no more than 12" of pulse line....

Looks good, I'd have to extend my hoses too. Any trouble with extending the hoses? Also, what kind of glue, any marine?

Any reason you can't remount the pump to the side of the carb where it was originally? I was thinking about making the upgrade to the triple output pump as well.

You can use the original pump mount. No problems with it. Thats where I put it on all of my skis. If you have a flame arrestor other than the stock one you will have to relocate the pump however.

Bryan, that is where I got mine right now, but the nozzle for the pulse is pointing the opposite side from the engine. My hose would be kinda long. If i take it off and move it, i will have to splice together fuel line. Your pump does ok ?

Um, you would be replacing the fuel lines with longer hoses, not splicing.

The three outlets pretty much point down. You might have to flip around from the direction you have it.
