Anyone actually installed a 3 cyl Domestic in a 2 cyl hull? (not a Hurricane)

Anyone ever installed rivnuts / threaded inserts in a polaris hull to allow for a 3 cyl motor to be installed in place of a 2 cyl? Im interested in doing it, but not convinced they wont rip out...

I have a feeling the factory ones have some sort of flange on the bottom and were installed as part of the SMC molding process.

Maybe PM Jay. There's one running around NY radaring 69 mph on a single pipe. He would know.

I took a quick look in the parts diagrams and didn't see any replacement inserts. Can you get them new from Polaris? If I had to take a guess I'd say if Polaris sells them new then you might be able to assume that they think it is OK to add or replace the motor mount inserts.
