    gp1300r no fire problem

03 1300r just finished rebuild and ran in the shop fine. Then loss of fire after first heat cycle and can't find gremlin. Swapped ecu, stator cover, set another pipe up on side ok ski to plug in water temp sensor to eliminate that also. I have opened the box that houses the plug igniter coils and not getting voltage to them at all. Got a code of 48 and have chased every connection. Bypassed the tilt sensor by jumping it at connector. Bypassed the stop button also by jumping it at connector. What else will kill ignition? Don't have much hair left to pull out....

Won't fire if the throttle cable is too tight.

If you have another power relay assembly to swap out that could also be the problem. it is located in the electrical box. it is basically 2 relays molded together and bolts to the E box. usually one side goes bad that supply's power to the ECU.

If that is the small black box with modular plug inside of the electrical box then I did swap that also along with the voltage regulator on the outside of the box. I have another box, complete harness, and throttle body assembly I will be picking up tonight from a buddy. Which brings me to throw out there ..he has a complete ski that he is only using hull for fzr conversion on GP1300 hull...so he has everything not needed in conversion .motor, pump, etc

I was going to post starter relay in the E box hmmmm...or starter switch on handlebars. You've covered about everything except the throttle position. I guess you'll know more when you swap the electrical boxes.
