A bunch of small back stuff floating around in your overflow bottle will tell you if it's a blown head gasket.

Don't scare the boy guy yet lol. That clear tube is your overflow there are many reasons that happens. Sure pressure from a leaking headgasket but let's not jump to rash things yet. Typically coolant comming from the overflow is signs that your engine is hot and the pressure exceeds the cap pressure o it releases and it lets out the tube. You can have a leak to which you coolant was low engine got to hot and overflowed, you can have a stuck thermostat that's not opening causing it to overheat and overflow, you can also have a bad radiator cap that's not holding its pressure. Best thing to do is let it cool down and check things out .

Willing to almost bet its the headgasket.

Take head off, have it checked/machined, then re-install with new headgasket.

You may aswell install new K-liners (and valve seat job) for the guides if they are worn. Any competent head/engine shop should be able to do this for you.
