    Return fuel system for FZS

I am looking to setup the fuel system on my FZS and could use some advice on what I should use and how to set it up. So far I have the following parts I have not yet installed:

    - R&D RRFPR w/ gauge
    - Danny's Fuel Rail
    - Intake tapped for the vacuum line to the RRFPR

So basically I need to install the regulator and run the lines for the fuel rail and I figured I might as well make it a return type system since the Fuel rail allows for it. Anyone what exactly what parts I need to get this done, a how to would ever be better!

I'm doing the same thing. Are you going to be using the stock fuel lines or change it to something like ss braided ?

I will probably go 6an lines. Where are you planning on mounting the regulator?

I'm still in the process of mocking up a bracket for it but it will sit near or ontop of the map sensor.

For the return on my system, I ended up using a 6AN fuel cell bulkhead to clean things up a bit. They come with a jam nut and two poly washers that really allow you to torque it down good so you should never have to worry about the fitting coming loose. As you can see from the pics, just use your existing auxillary cap location on your fuel tank for the install. These can be purchased at most speed shops, or readily available at Summit or Jegs.

Along with the Aeromotive how to that was attached, that should get you on your way.

I love that idea but can't seem to find that on Summit, do you by any chance have a link to what I need?

    UPDATE: Just found it!
