Please help! What's The Worst That Could Happen?
I own a 2006 Seadoo Sportster 4-Tech (non Suoercharger) I never flushed the exhaust system with antifreeze for winter storage. My book says That only the models with inner cooler need to be drained an flushed. Whats the worst damage I could have? Would it be wise to pull the exhaust manifold and inspect it for cracks from water freezing inside the water jackets? It looks pretty easy to remove the manifold form the 4-Tech any thing I should know before I remove it? The 3 freeze plugs are still in place on the exhaust manifold, should I be ok or remove & inspect it to be on the safe side? Thanks for any info...

You should be fine IMHO ... Im saying SLIM to NONE that you have any damage there has to be quite a bit of water for that type of damage to happen ... Ive seen MANYYY RXPs Left out over the winter and nothing ever happened to them , now of course you will have someone post saying Im wrong But Im betting on you are FINE ... It is Possible For IC to crack from just that if left out over the winter but its rare , has happened tho .. having said all that Its my opinion that everyone should always do the 10 hr service with dealer and winter /summer so there can be NO questions with warranties document your own oil changes/services and your good to good ...

no way the exhaust manifold is gonna crack.
there's too many places for the water to go and expand and drain in a non-intercooled motor.
don't waste your time pulling it apart for inspection, you have no damage to it at all
