98 GP800 rear cylinder not firing

I was getting the ski ready for the year when I noticed it was running rough. After some experimenting I tried starting the ski with only the rear spark wire plugged in and it wouldn't start (starts fine with only the front spark plug in). I see the spark if I ground the spark plug to metal, I see gas/oil on the plug and the compression is 130 and 140. Is it possible that the spark plug doesn't have a good ground when it is plugged in? Also, I'm running premix and the color of the gas in the cylinder is slightly brown; I have forgotten the color it should look. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I've come to the same conclusion. I am able to get that cylinder to fire if I open the low speed adjuster to about 2.5 times the recommended setting. Do you think a carb rebuild would be enough or is there something else that could be wrong? I want to add as well that the jets were never opened when I went premix, not sure if thats effecting anything.

It was done about 15 hours ago (ski time). I am wondering if the filter is clogged or one of the check values was put in upside down (I heard it was possible but that it didn't make a difference?)
