    Thumbs up quick question for the pros!Please and thanks!

    On 4 tec it requires new stretch bolts on the magnet cup and flywheel at 80.00 a set,Couldnt these since they are only an inch long be substuted by say grade 8 metric bolts same size,I mean how much stretch can a 1" bolt have???I know its not what seadoo book says but I thought I would ask,no I would never re-use stretch bolts!!!Thanks>Marvin ok they said it was mistake it charged 6 times the kit so they are only 14.50 + thanks much>Marvin

    yes. Hell the factory 04-05 were soft ass SS flywheel bolts.

    $80 bucks a set for flywheel bolts??? Where are you shopping? Their like $13 bucks a set.

    Thanks the guys where I order S/D OEM parts had it listed as a set of six but in cart they were charging for 6 sets of 6.I'm sorry for asking so many questions,but I always continue searching even after I asked question.You guys are awsome and seadoo 4-tec are nice to work on.Dont know why I have been avoiding them,But no more I really like the layout ,bolts and 12point are easy to get to,manuals are ok,but When going gets tough you guys are awsome >Many thanks>Marvin
