How do you know if your getting too much fuel?
PTO cylinder looked like it is getting too much fuel and it also looked like it had a lil water in the cylinder and spark plug. NOT MUCH but you could tell. I looked but didn't see any cracks do you think it could be the head gasket leaking?
CEN cylinder looked about the same but not as much fuel but enough to maybe foul out the plug
By the photos I have posted could yall tell me what you think

You're not getting too much fuel, you're getting too little fuel.....dangerously too little.
Here is a thread explaining "piston wash". Please read it.
And here is a photo showing exactly what the "wash" tells us.

Too little fuel. In fact, unless I am, seeing the pic wrong it looks like the very edges of your piston are a little rough. Possibly detonation even????

one cyl definately lean. Other has too much wash, probably a blown head gasket, injecting water. I would inspect crank shaft for rust damage, cyl, etc.
at best, you need to go through the fuel system completely.
